2024 Delmar Christmas Parade

It is FREE to participate in our parade.  However, you MUST have an application on file with us prior.  The deadline for parade entries is Monday, December 2nd.  This is the date we must RECEIVE your application by.  We need this window so that we can plan the lineup properly.

New this year:  We will be setting up in the parking lot at Delmar Jr./Sr. High School (end of parade route) to be able to award the winners of trophies and plaques from there rather than having everyone come back to the judges stand.

We hope everyone will stick around so that we don’t have to chase people down the weeks following the parade for you to receive your recognition.

46th Annual Day in the Park Festival

Saturday, June 1st  10am to 6pm – State Street Park – Delmar, DE

Rain date:  Sat., June 15th, same time.

Looking for food, craft and informational vendors.

This festival is a day for the entire family!  Food, crafts, information, raffles, drawings, 50/50, live entertainment, games, attractions and more!  Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the live band(s).

We will be selling All-Day wristbands for the attractions again this year!  So come early, stay late!

45th Annual Day in the Park Festival

This year’s Day in the Park Festival will be held on the 2nd Saturday in June – JUNE 10th.

It is held in State Street Park.  The festival will open at 10am and close at 6pm.  Admission is free!

As in past years, we will have games, attractions, craft vendors, food vendors, informational vendors, raffles, silent auctions, 50/50 giveaway, live entertainment and more!  We are looking to add something special this year for our 45th.  This is a fun-filled event and you can spend a few hours, or spend the whole day.  There’s something for the entire family! 

We will also be selling the All-Day wristbands for the attractions again this year, so come early and stay late to get the best deal!
