Nomination boxes are out for this year’s Citizen of the Year!
You can make your nominations at the following locations:
Delmar Town Hall
Delmar Post Office
Bank of Delmarva (Delmar branch)
Delmar Public Library
Criteria for the nominations are listed on each box.
Boxes will be out through the end of September, so make your nominations now!
You may also download the nomination form (below) and drop into one of the boxes.
We are looking for a Delmar resident who over the years has done for our community to make it a better place to live, work and raise a family!
A dinner/banquet in the recipient’s honor will be held in November at the Delmar VFW.

The 2015 Delmar Christmas Parade, sponsored by The Greater Delmar Chamber of Commerce will be held on Saturday, December 5th at 2pm.
The rain date, if needed, will be Saturday, December 12th at 2pm.
The judges stand will be located in the Johnson’s OK Used parking lot at the corner of Bi-State Blvd. and State Street.

The July meeting of the Greater Delmar Chamber of Commerce was held at Bank of Delmarva’s Delmar, MD branch on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
Chamber President, Lisa Ellis called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

We also had Delaware Senator, Bryant Richardson in attendance.
